ORDER & PAYMENT
Our order confirmation emails are generated automatically and sent to the email address which was used when you placed your order. If you have not received yours, please double-check your junk mail folder as from time to time, depending on your email settings, our emails can be filtered as Junk. We can cancel your order if you contact us before 2pm. Please call us on 01273 735040.
If your desired item is currently out of stock, you can keep up to date with our restocks by signing up to the waitlist. This is shown underneath the product listing. You will then be notified by email once the item is back in stock. If you have a more specific query about an item that is currently out of stock get in touch with us by email at shop@silverado.co.uk.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE
After completing your order, an email confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Occasionally these emails end up in your Junk folder, so we advise checking there first.
