Contract – We rely on contract as a lawful basis in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. We process your personal data in the act of complying with these obligations.

What are your rights?

The right to access: You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time.

The right to rectification: You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if any are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

The right to erasure: You have the right to erase any personal data processed by the company at any time except for the following situations;
– you have an ongoing customer service issue
– you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
– if you have misused or are suspected to have misused our services

If you have made a purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to the transaction for the purpose of internal company records for three years.

The right to object: You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on the company’s legitimate interest. The company will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate ground for the process which overrides your interest and rights.

You have the right to object to direct marketing. You can opt out from direct marketing by following the unsubscribe link in every marketing email.

Updates to our Privacy Policy:

From time to time we may need to update our Privacy Policy in order to comply with relevant legislation. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is always available on our website. We will communicate any material changes to the Privacy Policy to you within one month of them taking effect.
