Payment Methods:

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We use Stripe to process all online payments. Your card details are communicated directly between your computer and the Stripe secure server using SSL encryption.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods.

After this time we will be happy to exchange goods if they are returned to us in mint condition and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note all measurements are approximate and products may differ slightly from their description.

Please note, we do not refund or exchange any personalised items.

All internet gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

If you would like to make a return just send us an email to shop@silverado.co.uk. Please return your order in its original packaging, including a note with your order number, contact details and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

The cost of returning your order and the responsibility for the item(s) is your own until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend using a secure, trackable and insured postage service. Please note, we do not refund any original shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange any items within 28 days. If you wish to exchange an item simply return it to us in its original packaging to the above address. Just contact us by email to shop@silverado.co.uk or call us on 01273 735040 so we can hold any item(s) you require while we await your return.

In-Store Purchases:

The right to a refund only applies if an item is faulty. For in-store purchases we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note as long as the jewellery is in a resaleable condition, accompanied by a valid receipt and is returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

All personal details entered remain encrypted on our server until orders are downloaded and processed. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with GDPR 2018 (see our privacy policy here).
